• Do you also advise employers?

  No. Only employees.

• How do I get you to take my case?

  Please complete our Enquiry form, and we will let you know if we can help. In the space above, click on the icon for the service you are interested in, and the whole process for that service will be played for you.

• How long does your assessment process take?

  We always say allow us 2 working days, but in most cases, much quicker.

• Who will be my adviser?

  Always someone who has qualified as a solicitor or a barrister in the UK. We do not employ non-qualified people to advise our clients.

• Is your ‘No-win, No-fee’ service a free service?

  No. The service is paid for if you win, but not if you don’t. The service only applies to tribunal cases, and not to situations where you would just like an answer to a question, or general advice. For such, please see our ‘One-Off’ and ‘Constant’ Advisory services for details of how we might be able to help. You could also try your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau – they don’t charge for advice.

• How long does a Tribunal case take?

  This will always depend on the case itself, but for lots of cases, the hearing can be within 6 months of the claim being lodged, and most decisions are given within 6 weeks of the hearing.
